What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an HR and people-development role where I can combine coaching, talent management, managerial support, and organisational change. I'm open to remote work or relocation.

I've led HR, talent, and employee-relations work for Sanofi, Axione, Leroy Merlin, Scalian, Allflex, AG2R La Mondiale, and Groupe ADP. My work spans reorganisations, workforce planning, salary and people reviews, training plans, recruitment, and complex employee relations across multi-site organisations.

I'm also an ICF-trained coach pursuing ACC accreditation, with 108 coaching hours logged. I support managers through change, development planning, and team integration, and have led initiatives including a Workday rollout, autonomous production-unit transformation, and a talent-management seminar.
