I've managed community association portfolios for 19 condo and HOA associations at Atlantic Association Management while working as a licensed Realtor with Robert Slack LLC, EXIT Realty Home Team, and EXIT Beach Realty. My work spans residential and commercial properties, manufactured-home closings, leasing, contracts, marketing, agent training, recruiting, and client service.

I've also managed more than 110 units at First Place Realty and around 50 residential and commercial properties at EXIT Realty Martin Group. I bring hands-on experience in property operations, evictions, collections, bookkeeping, association management, social media marketing, and platforms including Buildium, Rent Manager, and Yardi.
