In my current IT Operations Technician role, I own end-to-end onboarding and offboarding workflows for 123 new hires and 94 departures, managing role-based SaaS provisioning and de-provisioning in JumpCloud to enforce least-privilege access across all departments. I administer JumpCloud for a MacOS-first environment of 500+ devices, overseeing device procurement, configuration, deployment, and offboarding while maintaining security and compliance standards. I also image, configure, and deploy ~2 employee devices per month, keeping accurate asset records throughout each device lifecycle.

I’m equally focused on security outcomes and operational efficiency. I built and maintain a comprehensive Knowledge Base with 30+ KB articles and SOPs, including process improvements and workflow redesigns that reduce repeat tickets and improve speed-to-resolution—such as a temp badge solution that saves ~2 hours of IT time weekly and 10 minutes per employee across ~60 monthly incidents. I triage and resolve 20+ weekly support tickets in Jira, collaborate across departments to drive complex issue resolution, and contribute to SOC 2 audit readiness through evidence collection, access control documentation, and security control validation. Previously, as a Vulnerability Scan Technician, I analyzed PCI DSS vulnerability scan results and validated findings with network reconnaissance tools like Nmap and Curl, delivering clear remediation recommendations and verifying false positives against scan results.
