I am a seasoned Restaurant Manager with extensive experience leading teams in luxury and fine-dining environments across Portugal and Angola. I have managed large teams and high-capacity outlets while maintaining high standards of service and guest satisfaction.

Throughout my career I have held leadership roles at properties including Monte Rei Golf & Country Club and Conrad Algarve, and I helped lead an award-winning restaurant at EPIC SANA Luanda. I am passionate about fine dining and committed to mentoring colleagues who share aligned values.
