At Dar Masarat, I lead a research project for the Saudi Ministry of Culture from initiation to delivery, overseeing its scope, schedule, budget, and contractual deliverables. I also coach a five-member team and external consultants and develop technical and financial proposals for new consulting opportunities.
At USAID, I co-planned and co-executed the Egypt five-year strategy and supported the development of more than 15 new activities. I co-created and led an 80-plus-member network of implementing partners focused on women’s empowerment, which led to increased cross-project collaboration and 14 joint initiatives.
Earlier, I managed policy projects at the Economic Research Forum and led research at the Alternative Policy Solutions Project at AUC, including work on education, labor markets, and gender equality. I also designed a monitoring and evaluation system for a teacher education reform program involving 14 international partners.
