At American University in Cairo, I led the design and implementation of a USAID-funded project’s MEL plan, supporting data-informed collaboration, learning, and adaptation. I also built MEL capacity among partner higher-education institutions and local government counterparts through tailored training, tools, and guides.
At FHI 360, I built the M&E plan, tools, and systems for the USAID Integrated Management of Culture & Tourism project. I designed and oversaw baseline, midline, and endline evaluations and mixed-methods studies.
Across my work with QED Group, the American Bar Association, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and American Institutes for Research, I led performance monitoring, research, data collection, and reporting for USAID-supported programs. My studies and evaluations have covered areas including judicial capacity, peacebuilding, education, gender, and youth employment.
I bring experience designing results-based M&E systems, developing indicators, and strengthening evaluation capacity across partner organizations and government counterparts. My technical tools include SPSS, STATA, Power BI, DevInfo, and NVivo.
