What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead innovation and ecosystem programs that build lasting partnerships across founders, corporates, universities, and development organizations. I'm open to relocation and require visa sponsorship.

I've spent over eight years at JRNY building innovation programs that turn founders, corporates, universities, and development organizations into working partners. I lead full program lifecycles, from winning proposals through delivery, evaluation, and repeatable operating systems.

At JRNY, I led the KAUST Entrepreneurship & Innovation Bootcamp for 60+ AlQassim University delegates and delivered the JRNY × RiseUp E-Commerce Retreat for 80 attendees. I've also led the AI Retreat Series for 200+ founders, experts, and corporate participants, alongside programs with the US Embassy, FES, and corporate partners.

I build partner networks and use program data to improve what comes next. My work includes managing 15+ co-delivery partners, maintaining a 300+ stakeholder network, analyzing 100+ program evaluations, and leading JRNY's automation and data-centralization initiative.

Alongside program delivery, I've grown the Ampli Berlin Tech Newsletter by 93%, supported a USAID-funded accessibility project across 15 universities as a data analyst, and contributed to brand campaigns through content production and creative direction.
