I'm looking to grow professionally in aviation or customer-facing work, where I can use languages, adaptability, efficiency, and calm handling of stressful situations while taking on new challenges.

I work at Milan Malpensa International Airport, supporting passenger check-in, boarding, document and visa verification, baggage handling, and front-line assistance for international airlines.

Through Airport Handling S.p.A., I've strengthened my problem-solving, teamwork, empathy, speed, and ability to manage stressful situations. I enjoy the aviation environment and want to continue building my career in it.

Alongside airport operations, I train and evaluate AI voice and conversation systems, transcribe audio, and work on data labeling remotely. My language background, attention to detail, and intercultural awareness support both customer-facing and AI-focused work.
