During my internship at Districol LTDA, I enhanced my technical and soft skills by maintaining equipment and providing user support for the company's platform. I assisted in managing Microsoft and Google accounts, delivered customer service, and managed hardware and software resources while collaborating effectively with my team.

At SENA, I participated in various software projects where I applied my knowledge and developed my communication, problem-solving, and creativity skills in a virtual environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve project goals.
