I am an ambitious information technology professional with a strong background in software engineering and business analysis. Currently, I work as a Consultant at Digia Plc, where I engage in a mature software engineering project as a requirements engineer, business analyst, and systems designer. My role involves fostering close relationships with both customers and developers to create effective communication and collaboration, ensuring that project requirements are met efficiently.

Previously, I have gained diverse experience in various roles, including technical support for point of sale systems at Teleperformance and as an independent contractor at Appen, where I focused on training AI and recommendation systems. My educational journey includes pursuing a Bachelor and Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration at the University of Jyväskylä, with a specialization in Information Systems. I also had the opportunity to study abroad through the Erasmus+ program at the University of Milan, enhancing my knowledge in Information Management.
