I have experience in architecting, building, and maintaining end-to-end data science solutions for marketing use cases, such as targeted advertising, recommendations, and customer insights across retail, hospitality, and service station chain concepts. As a product owner, I have planned and prioritized deliverables, taking ownership of scalable marketing analytics use cases involving machine learning and other advanced analytics techniques. I have collaborated with platform and data teams to continuously improve ways of working and data veracity. Additionally, I have guided and mentored other data scientists in implementing robust models and improving pre-existing solutions.

In my previous role as an Assortment Optimization Analyst, I performed analyses and provided recommendations for retail assortment optimization and space management. I developed self-service analytics tools and reports for category and space management use cases and automated manual analytics processes, leading to significant efficiency gains. As an AI Technical Consultant, I implemented and maintained machine learning and optimization solutions for workforce scheduling, matched AI solutions to client needs, and facilitated knowledge sharing. As a Junior Product Specialist, I developed an income statement analysis and forecasting model and performed ad-hoc analyses and data fixes.

I hold an MSc in Economics and Business Administration with a major in Information and Service Management and a minor in Systems and Operations Research. I also have a BSc in Economics and Business Administration with a major in International Business and a minor in Information and Supply Chain Management.
