I'm looking to solve hard customer problems through enterprise products, digital transformation, and practical AI automation, particularly for small and mid-sized businesses scaling their operations.

I've shaped enterprise products and operational transformation at Microsoft, UBS, and global financial-services organizations. I turn complex systems into tools that make sense for the people using them.

At Microsoft, I owned strategy for SAP Order-to-Cash billing and project-delivery tracking across 500+ enterprise engagements, and led an Azure sales platform supporting $200M+ in annual deal value. I also used AI to streamline ECIF funding approvals, reducing support tickets by 30%, accelerating delivery by 20%, and improving team productivity by 40%.

Before Microsoft, I delivered banking automation and service operations at UBS, led product delivery for banks and fintechs at Jocata, and managed clearing and settlements transformation at Wipro. I'm especially drawn to solving hard customer problems and helping small and mid-sized businesses scale through practical AI and automation.
