I’m a Finance & Operations Manager with 6+ years of hands-on experience running full-cycle financial operations independently for two privately held companies in León, Mexico. I manage monthly P&L across both businesses (~USD $220K/month combined revenue) and prepare my own income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow.

I didn’t just “handle reports”—I built the processes behind them. I implemented QuickBooks from scratch (replacing manual processes), owned treasury and bank reconciliations, managed accounts payable/receivable, and handled tax compliance (IVA/ISR) with zero penalties in 4+ years through SAT monthly and annual filings. I also support inventory and purchasing analysis, cost control, cash flow forecasting, and working capital optimization.
