I’m an AI automation specialist who analyzes manual workflows and builds the automation that replaces them—using n8n, Make, or custom API integrations paired with AI services.

I’m comfortable owning a workflow end to end: from process analysis, to design, deployment, and monitoring. I’ve worked across operations, marketing, and customer-facing use cases, including always-current dashboards and troubleshooting automation failures to improve reliability.

Recently, I built web applications automating internal company processes, focused on increasing productivity and reducing operational time. Before that, I analyzed manual marketing workflows (TikTok Live metrics, ad-spend tracking, KPI reporting) and designed n8n automations to replace them end to end, integrating systems via APIs to synchronize marketing data automatically.

I also build AI-powered workflow experiences, including an AI-powered voice agent using Retell AI and OpenAI, integrated with Make for automated phone-based student enrollment. I designed conversation flows and triggers tied to the student registration system via API, with the goal of cutting enrollment time from 30–60 minutes to an estimated 10 minutes per student, supporting up to 20 concurrent calls 24/7.
