I independently selected and implemented Lightspeed POS and Shopify, replacing manual stock management with real-time visibility into sales, margins, inventory, and brand performance. I also developed the operational playbook and SOPs for sales, rentals, workshop workflows, and customer service.

Before becoming Store Manager, I supported electric bike sales and rentals, helping customers choose bikes and explaining their technical features.
