What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a senior PMO Analyst or Executive, Associate Delivery Manager, or Assistant Project Manager opportunity where I can strengthen SAP project governance, delivery visibility, RAID management, SLA compliance, and cross-functional coordination.

At Truspeq Consulting, I lead governance and delivery oversight for 20+ SAP S/4HANA AMS, fixed-price, integration, upgrade, and implementation projects across global clients.

I monitor portfolio health, milestones, RAID logs, SLA compliance, and delivery performance while partnering with delivery leaders, project managers, Finance, Sales, and HR. I support executive status reporting through the Head of Delivery, with visibility to the CEO.

Previously at Aatral Technologies Consulting, I managed lifecycle governance and delivery coordination for a data archiving project and supported SAP ECC and EWM reporting. I prepared GANTT charts, maintained project documentation, tracked risks and dependencies, and helped business and technical teams stay aligned.

I bring additional experience in business development, Java development, SQL databases, AI-driven classification, e-commerce delivery, and healthcare technology projects. I'm focused on strengthening enterprise SAP delivery through proactive risk mitigation, clear executive reporting, and practical PMO operations.
