At TCFM, I’m the SAP PMO point of contact between business users, technical teams and external consultants. I maintain RAID logs, RACI matrices and steering-committee status reporting, and coordinate UAT and validation cycles for SAP enhancements and implementations.

I also helped set up an SAP issue-tracking workflow and own monthly customer invoicing and financial reporting. Before my current role, I coordinated resourcing, WBS planning and migration governance at Wipro Ltd.; earlier, I developed custom APIs and supported automation work as an SAP ABAP Consultant.
