What I'm looking for

I seek engineering roles where I can lead backend and AI integration efforts, work in agile teams, drive system architecture improvements, and mentor engineers while building scalable, automated, intelligent systems.

I am a Full Stack Technical Lead with over seven years of experience in backend development, system architecture, and leading cross-functional teams through the complete SDLC.

I design and build modular, scalable web services using Node.js (Express, Restify, NestJS), MongoDB, MySQL, and modern DevOps practices including Docker and AWS. I’ve led teams averaging 12 members and managed estimations, sprint planning, and quality delivery using JIRA, Git, and Bitbucket.

I’ve driven major architecture changes — moving monoliths toward modular designs, introducing caching with Redis, optimizing processing pipelines, and reducing automation job runtimes from two hours to two minutes. I’ve also implemented OpenID/OTP flows, payment gateway orchestration, and real-time features while maintaining performance and security.

I am currently exploring applied AI: local LLM integration, RAG, multi-agent setups, and event-driven microservice architectures using Python and Node.js to add automation and intelligent capabilities to products.
