What I'm looking for
I’m a GIT Product Contracting & Operations Executive skilled in travel desk operations, hotel and transport booking management, vendor negotiations, and customer relations. I focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences while tightening day-to-day operational workflows in travel and hospitality.
In my current roles, I manage domestic and international GIT and MICE inquiries, coordinate with hotels, local vendors, and DMCs, and handle event execution end-to-end. I negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts, and I prepare detailed cost sheets, budgets, and P&L to support profitability targets.
I’ve built strong vendor relationships that improved profit margins to 15% (from a mastered margin around 10–11%). I also help delight customers through responsive on-tour support, complaint resolution, and timely documentation and invoicing, ensuring issues are handled in real time.
