I am an experienced casino surveillance professional with a strong record of safeguarding assets, observing irregularities, and supporting cross-department investigations. I bring years of hands-on surveillance work in major casino environments and formal training in gaming protection and anti-money laundering.

In my current role as Dual Rate Surveillance Shift Manager at Hard Rock Atlantic City, I supervise surveillance operations, provide table games and policy training, and produce detailed incident reports that support internal teams and regulatory bodies. I have repeatedly been recognized for vigilance and performance, including multiple employee-of-the-month awards and the Eagle Eye Award.

Previously I served as a Surveillance Operator at Ocean Casino Resort and as an experienced operator at Sands China Ltd., performing footage reviews, monitoring suspicious activity, and ensuring staff adherence to company procedures. I also have experience in library systems and basic IT tasks, including database support, website updates, VBA for Excel, and graphic design tools.
