I'm looking to apply my production Elasticsearch background to product search, semantic search, hybrid retrieval, vector search, reranking, and AI-assisted knowledge workflows focused on measurable retrieval quality.

At Elastic, I've spent five years diagnosing production Elasticsearch issues across Elastic Cloud, ECE, ECK, and self-managed environments. I turn unclear search, indexing, ingest, mapping, query, performance, and cluster symptoms into reproducible evidence, actionable next steps, and clear customer communication.

My earlier support work at censhare and IGEL built my grounding in enterprise content workflows, metadata, findability, networking, and incident handling. I'm expanding my hands-on work in product search, semantic and hybrid retrieval, vectors, RRF, reranking, and AI-assisted knowledge workflows with a focus on measurable retrieval quality and clear failure modes.
