I’m an aspiring Business Analyst with hands-on experience using SQL, Power BI, and Python to clean data, explore trends, and deliver actionable business insights. I enjoy transforming raw information into clear decision-ready outputs through strong analytical thinking.

In my retail store inventory analysis project, I handled missing values and duplicates, ran exploratory data analysis across regions and product categories, and built interactive Power BI dashboards with KPIs. I used those insights to support inventory optimization and improve business decision-making.

I also developed an HR analytics dashboard in Power BI to track employee attendance, work from home, and sick leave. I focused on building interactive visualizations to monitor attendance by employees and dates.

Previously, I worked in the HR domain where I managed candidate data and interview scheduling using Excel, maintained recruitment records and reporting sheets, and coordinated candidate communication and follow-ups. Now I’m pursuing an MBA in Data Science and Analytics to deepen my ability to solve business problems with data.
