In my Business Analyst Intern role, I helped analyze business processes and pinpoint operational improvement opportunities, supporting decision-making through Excel-based reporting and analysis tools. In finance, I assisted with preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports, including Income Tax Return (ITR) filing and compliance documentation. In HR operations, I supported recruitment lifecycle activities, maintained employee databases, and helped streamline HR operational processes.

My projects reflect the way I approach problems: I analyzed AI chatbot implementation in banking to recommend automation and service improvements, and I conducted primary market research for life insurance investment behavior using Excel to surface customer trends and strategy recommendations. I also evaluated HR policies and practices, identifying operational gaps and proposing process improvements—always with a focus on measurable efficiency and better decision-making.
