I’m a Project Management professional with 11 years of overall experience, including 4+ years delivering cross-functional projects across telecommunications, ecommerce, and manufacturing/supply chain operations. I currently manage end-to-end Project delivery by coordinating customers, suppliers, engineering teams, and third-party partners.

In my current role as a Deputy Manager, Service Delivery, I manage Dedicated Internet Access (DIA) projects from order validation to service activation. I coordinate across customers, suppliers, sales, engineering teams, and field engineers, while owning schedules, dependencies, risks, escalations, and delivery governance.

I focus on proactive stakeholder communication and strong delivery hygiene—preparing project documentation, delivery trackers, and customer handover documentation. I’ve also reduced delivery timelines by ~2 weeks through process improvements and received a Best Performer Award for delivering complex enterprise customer projects.

Before VOIS, I led inventory and warehouse operations at Flipkart and MG Motor, including launching a new fulfilment centre through cross-functional coordination and driving SLA compliance with 250+ associates. Earlier, at Gabriel India, I managed SAP-based material planning and supplier coordination, supporting new product introduction and process improvement initiatives, aligned with my certifications in Agile Project Management, Scrum, PRINCE2, and ITIL.
