What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead Agile program delivery and IT modernization—building roadmaps, managing teams, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring systems are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while enabling strong stakeholder outcomes.

I’m a results-driven Systems Analyst and Program Manager with 25 years of experience leading Agile and Waterfall delivery, aligned to CMMI and ITIL, and applied to Service Desk and CI/CD environments. I bring deep technical expertise across enterprise systems and cloud migrations, including end-to-end software development, testing, training, and support.

In my current role as Program Manager/Team Lead for the Department of Navy, I act as a Scrum Master for a SharePoint team, develop project plans and timelines, and lead requirements analysis, user stories, and Agile documentation. I manage delivery execution through Kanban boards and burn down charts, facilitate sprint events, and lead system upgrades and migrations from the data center to AWS.

Previously, I served as AVPLM Implementation Lead/Supervisor and led a 25-million-dollar software acquisition by introducing Aviation Product Lifecycle Management into the NAVAIR organization. I’ve built work breakdown structures, guided teams using Scrum, Lean Six Sigma, and theory of constraints to improve throughput, led data migration strategies to AWS Cloud, and supported modernization efforts as a SLICWave SME—backed by experience managing projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
