What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute my public transportation IT, network infrastructure, telematics, e-ticketing, and AWS cloud capabilities in an operational environment with meaningful technical challenges.

I've managed e-ticketing systems for Transjabodetabek services handling hundreds of thousands of daily transactions, monitoring anomalies, failures, and potential fraud while supporting SLA evaluations and vendor negotiations.

At PERUM DAMRI, I monitored nationwide bus telematics through GPS tracking and CCTV surveillance, resolved system failures with vendors, and produced performance reports for operational decision-making. I've also supported LAN/WLAN networks, ERP and internal applications, hardware deployment, and technical support across headquarters and branch offices.

My background includes network modernization, VMware virtualization, MikroTik RouterOS, VLAN segmentation, firewall policies, IT audits, staff training, and AWS cloud fundamentals.
