What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead reliable IT operations, strengthen compliance and security (ISO 27001), and improve healthcare systems through integration, data analytics, and continuous modernization—while building high-performing teams.

I’m an experienced IT professional overseeing regional IT operation, ensuring compliance and operational excellence. I focus on system integration and data analytics to optimize processes and enhance service delivery.

As Head Of Regional IT Operation, I owned 24/7 availability for HIS/EMR, network, data center, and end-user services—upholding SLAs and service quality. I built and coached a functional, multi-site team, established KPIs, and put runbooks and on-call routines in place to keep operations stable.

I also drive infrastructure modernization, including network segmentation, Wi-Fi refresh, virtualization, and backup improvements to boost performance and resilience. My work includes compliance management and system security practices aligned with ISO 27001.

Earlier, I supported HIS Developer and product specialist roles where I designed and maintained patient administration, billing, pharmacy, and clinical modules.
