I've independently managed the full health billing cycle for SIMS-Kemper Clinical Counseling, from ICD-10 and CMS-1500 claim creation through submission, payment posting, and denial resolution.

I review documentation and coding accuracy, verify benefits and authorizations, bill secondary insurance, and resolve denied claims across Commercial, Medicaid, and Federal Block Grant payers. I work with Availity, Cigna, BCBS, Optum, and Carelon portals.

Alongside billing, I've owned accounts payable and receivable, reconciled bank accounts and ledgers in QuickBooks, supported month-end close, and helped configure a new EHR system. My experience includes Ritten, TotalMD, Epic, and fully remote work.

Currently, I support office operations and the CFO at ICS Collision Center by managing documentation, calendars, data entry, invoicing, payments, credit card charges, bills, and QuickBooks records.
