Partnered with data and people scientists to translate ML/statistical outputs into explainable workflows and replaced fragmented reporting with customizable analytics Boards to improve time-to-insight and customer exploration.

Led end-to-end product definition and design for an enterprise digital research platform serving research teams and survey participants. Facilitated discovery workshops to shape product direction, platform scope, and commercialization strategy, and supported feature prioritization and workflow optimization across research and analytics tooling.

Led discovery and workflow design for enterprise platforms in logistics, network automation, and operational tooling. Replaced fragmented support workflows with a unified internal platform, improving workflow visibility for support teams, and delivered interactive prototypes and production-ready interfaces supported by scalable design systems.
