I’m looking to lead product design in a team that ships fast, builds strong design systems, and uses AI pragmatically—pairing rigorous UX research with hands-on prototyping to improve usability, consistency, and measurable outcomes.

I lead enterprise product design, combining AI-assisted workflows with hands-on prototyping to improve usability and delivery quality. At Severstal Infocom, I led UX/UI across 40+ active product streams, partnering with product and engineering teams to raise consistency and overall UX performance. I scaled the design function from 5 to 30 designers, shaping research standards, critique rituals, and cross-functional delivery practices.

I also founded CognifyTasks, an AI-assisted task management platform, building an end-to-end Web and Android MVP independently using Flutter and implementing AI-powered OCR task recognition. I’ve orchestrated multi-brand design systems and design operations that decreased product timelines by 40%, reduced support queries by 32%, and improved usability metrics by 25%, with a strong focus on turning discovery insights into shippable, measurable outcomes.
