What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a founding or lead role in work tools or agentic workflows, where I can help a new way of working take hold from first hypothesis through product-market fit, design infrastructure, activation, and retention.

I've launched nine products from scratch inside Sberbank’s 250K+ employee enterprise, designing connected workspaces and cross-tool workflows for technical and professional roles. I own design infrastructure across a nine-product workspace, including tokens, Storybook, machine-readable rules, and four agents that keep the system consistent.

At Duos AI, I joined at the idea stage and took a bootstrapped AI interview simulator from prototype to paying subscribers. I owned research, product design, and growth end to end, improving same-day sign-up-to-first-interview activation from about 1% to 13%.

I also founded GreenJet Studio, delivering more than 100 web, branding, product, and digital marketing projects across healthcare and travel tech. I design in Figma and directly in code with Claude Code, and I’m drawn to work tools and agentic workflows where a new way of working has to take hold.
