What I'm looking for
I am a former preschool teacher with 15 years of experience in communication, conflict resolution, multitasking, and customer-focused support, seeking to leverage those strengths in a remote call center role.
After a six-year career break to attend to personal responsibilities, I am eager to re-enter the workforce and apply empathy, patience, and problem-solving to support customers and contribute to a professional team environment.
I hold a BA in Public Service Leadership and an AA in General Studies, and I bring strong organization, time management, active listening, and adaptability to fast-paced team or independent settings.
