What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a hybrid or remote role where I can use data, process analysis, and product insight to improve user experiences and operational efficiency. I'm open to relocating within and around KwaZulu-Natal and Gauteng.

At Voyc AI, I collect and analyze dashboard, alert, and QA data to uncover performance gaps, refine workflows, and improve customer outcomes. I translate client requirements into technical implementations, build Metabase dashboards, develop test cases and use cases, and connect client feedback with product and engineering teams.

Previously, at BundleBuy and Energy and Combustion Services South Africa, I analyzed product, sales, equipment, and customer data; designed wireframes and prototypes; documented requirements; and supported Power BI reporting. I enjoy turning complex challenges into practical, user-centric solutions through process analysis, data visualization, and cross-functional collaboration.
