I’m a high-performing HR professional with 4+ years of progressive experience delivering results across Biocon Biologics and Annalect (Omnicom Media Group). I’ve driven 30–50+ hires per month across multiple divisions and served as a trusted HR Business Partner to senior stakeholders.

I led pan-India recruitment drives with full end-to-end ownership—from JD crafting and multi-channel sourcing through screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination.
