At 247Hire, I fulfilled urgent roles within a 24-hour turnaround and supported VMS and non-VMS accounts for organizations including eBay, Amazon, Walmart, SoFi, Meta, Toyota, Apple, AbbVie, and JPMorgan Chase & Co.

At VDart, I recruited for software development, project management, cloud and infrastructure, engineering, and automotive roles, supporting Tech Mahindra, LTIMindtree, Coforge, and Toyota engagements. I work confidently across US work authorizations, W2, C2C, contract-to-hire, permanent hiring, and EST through PST schedules.

Beyond recruitment, I handle the complete HR lifecycle, including induction, offboarding, attendance, leave, timesheets, policy implementation, payroll coordination, performance reviews, POSH awareness, employee engagement, and HR MIS reporting.
