I’m a motivated, customer-facing professional with experience across healthcare support and client services. In my current role as a Skin Therapist at Thérapie Clinic, I manage client records and documentation with accuracy while delivering personalized treatment plans and building strong client relationships.

Before that, I worked as a Medical Esthetician at Cru Day Spa, where I handled consultations, maintained treatment documentation, and coordinated appointments. Earlier experience as a Pharmacy Customer Support Associate at Walgreens strengthened my ability to assist customers with healthcare and billing inquiries while maintaining confidentiality with sensitive information.

Now I’m actively interested in transitioning into Java software development and fintech environments such as Revolut. I bring problem-solving, communication, documentation, and organizational skills, alongside technical skills including Java, OOP, SQL fundamentals, and Git—paired with a strong focus on team collaboration.
