What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an operations role where I can improve service delivery, compliance, and process performance through data-driven decisions, team leadership, and cross-functional coordination.

I've led store and last-mile operations at Mega Mart, Bigmart, and Daraz, improving stock accuracy, planogram compliance, delivery success rates, and dispatch performance. At Daraz, I supported a 351-member last-mile operations team across 14 hubs, including 280 delivery riders.

I use operational data, Excel reporting, process audits, backlog management, and cross-functional coordination to resolve deviations and help teams meet service and compliance targets. I'm focused on building practical data visibility and stronger operating standards for better customer and delivery experiences.
