I am a BBA graduate and experienced regional operations leader currently overseeing operations across 12 hubs for a major mobility and delivery company. I focus on improving delivery performance, controlling costs, and ensuring service excellence through reliable communication and team leadership.

Previously, I founded and managed an e-commerce and local shopping platform where I handled end-to-end operations including vendor coordination, order processing, customer support, delivery management, business planning, pricing, and marketing. That entrepreneurial experience gave me hands-on skills in logistics partnerships, operational reporting, and risk management.

I bring practical expertise in logistics and supply chain, strong proficiency with MS Excel/Google Sheets, and strengths in documentation, basic accounting, digital marketing, and leadership. I am solutions-oriented, efficient, and committed to operational excellence and continuous improvement.
