What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an HR or talent acquisition role where I can support high-volume hiring, employee lifecycle programs, engagement initiatives, and operational improvements while partnering closely with business stakeholders.

At Bounteous X Accolite, I supported hiring for 400+ positions and coordinated onboarding for 300+ employees, helping deliver seamless candidate and joining experiences. I progressed from HR Intern to full-time Talent Acquisition Associate through consistent ownership and contribution.

I manage recruitment coordination, candidate communication, interview feedback, and stakeholder alignment. As the SPOC for the Employee Referral Program, I partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and employees to support business hiring goals.

I’ve also executed 300+ employee engagement initiatives and supported learning, development, and performance management activities. My earlier operational roles at British Telecom, Amazon, and Cognizant strengthened my leadership, training coordination, process improvement, and stakeholder management capabilities.
