At Vstorm, I built a RAG system for inbound sales requests, retrieving product details across a catalog of 30,000+ SKUs and preparing editable email drafts for sales managers. I separated live price and stock lookups from daily-indexed product descriptions to prevent stale information from reaching those drafts.
At 10Clouds, I built an internal knowledge assistant that retrieves answers from company documents and Slack. I added metadata filtering and cross-encoder re-ranking to resolve confusion between archived and current policies.
For a banking client, I built a call transcription and summarization pipeline using self-hosted Whisper. I added domain-term handling and checks for uncertain fragments so account managers could review potentially unreliable details.
I also build end-to-end projects, including a deployed workforce platform and AI applications for knowledge, geospatial analysis, and conversation. My work spans Python, LLM retrieval, speech processing, and full-stack development.
