I’m a dedicated, results-oriented Technical and Vocational Trainer with a strong commitment to competency-based education, skills development, and learner-centered training. In my current and past roles, I plan, deliver, and assess competency-based Applied Biology lessons in line with the TVET curriculum. I run hands-on laboratory and field practical sessions, develop and evaluate formative and summative assessments, and manage laboratories while enforcing biosafety and occupational health standards to meet institutional, regulatory, and ethical safety requirements.
