Okere Aserena

I am an agribusiness management graduate with practical experience leading vocational training programs and community outreach. I combine strong administrative, reporting and presentation skills with hands-on training in agribusiness, basic computing and entrepreneurship.

As an instructor, team leader and deputy centre manager I designed and implemented mobilization and outreach strategies, organized career fairs and stakeholder meetings, and managed partnerships with organizations such as KEFRI and Kenya Red Cross. I led efforts that trained over 100 youths, achieving high employment and entrepreneurship outcomes and increasing donor scholarships substantially.

I am committed to building scalable training programs that transition vulnerable youth into the job market, while maintaining efficient records, communications and financial administration. I bring cross-cultural communication, strong networking abilities and proven results in program coordination and fundraising partnership development.
