I’m a results-driven TB/HIV Linkage Coordinator focused on improving how patients move from diagnosis to treatment initiation. I coordinate TB/HIV collaborative activities across supported health facilities and monitor patient linkage to strengthen outcomes.

I support healthcare workers in improving service delivery through supportive supervision and mentorship. I also engage community stakeholders to improve treatment outcomes and continuity of care.

Alongside my public health work, I bring strong customer support experience, managing inbound and outbound customer interactions and resolving complaints professionally. I process customer documentation accurately and use CRM tools to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.

I’ve also worked as a Subject Matter Associate Translator (Yoruba), translating primary healthcare lectures to improve accessibility. My goal is to ensure health information is accurate and culturally relevant, while maintaining clear, empathetic communication.
