At the Institute of Human Virology, Nigeria, I conduct TB screening and document patients with presumptive TB in line with national protocols. I also follow up on clinical and laboratory evaluations to support timely diagnosis and treatment.
I support TB programme reporting by maintaining presumptive TB registers and submitting programme indicators. My work also contributes to facility-level disease surveillance and monitoring of TB-related indicators.
At Lagos State Primary Healthcare Board, I supported health-data review, field assessments, and programme reporting as a Public Health Intern. I participated in immunisation activities, including microplanning and cold-chain monitoring.
At OPay Digital Services, I handled customer enquiries and complaints before becoming Team Lead. I used performance indicators to monitor team performance and coached team members, drawing on my experience in customer support and my MPH in Public Health.
