What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an opportunity in a challenging organization where I can use my skills and knowledge to contribute to the organization's growth.

At REVENSA ENTERPRISES, I assisted customers with orders and queries, recommended products, and maintained sales and lead records. I also used Interakt CRM to track sales, follow-ups, and customer communications.

At IMPACTHUB CONNECT, I called and onboarded creators, guided them through registration and activation, and supported them with platform questions. I tracked onboarding, engagement, and follow-ups in Excel.
