In my current role as Asst. Coordinator HR at Romsons Group Pvt Ltd (10/2022–Till Date), I maintain accurate employee records and files while ensuring legal compliance. I conduct team meetings, draft and implement policies, manage employee relations (including dispute resolution and investigations), oversee roster and attendance/tracing, and monitor performance appraisals, notices/reminders, and court case dates. I also support payroll-related processes such as ESIC/PF enrollments, FGF and salary slip preparation, PF/ESIC form filling, and MIS reporting for manpower, payroll, and attendance, using tools including HRM, SAVIOR, and PAYPLUS.
