What I'm looking for

I’m seeking an entry-level travel and tourism role where I can support customers with travel enquiries and service needs while learning booking systems.

My Higher Certificate in Tourism Management from the University of South Africa (UNISA) and EduCourse’s Travel Consultant Fundamentals certificate have prepared me for entry-level work in travel and tourism. My training covered travel products, destination research, travel documentation and reservations concepts.

At Icon Lifestyle, I supported waiter and cleaner duties, service operations, and the upkeep of a clean, welcoming environment. I also have experience supporting customers and guests through hospitality and caregiving work.
