I am a dedicated and passionate Tourism Management student at Tshwane University of Technology, currently in my third year. I am seeking a six-month practical placement starting in August 2025, where I can gain hands-on experience in various tourism-related organizations. My education has equipped me with a strong foundation in tourism operations, booking systems, and customer service.
Throughout my studies, I have completed practical training that has enhanced my knowledge in reservations, bookings, tour coordination, and front office operations. I am familiar with key tourism platforms such as Galileo, Opera, Quick Trav, and Summit, and I am committed to promoting tourism experiences while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. My fluency in multiple languages, including English, IsiZulu, Sepedi, and Xitsonga, allows me to communicate effectively with diverse visitors.
