I've spent more than three decades with the Tunisian National Tourism Office, supporting administrative management, training planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and pedagogical reporting.
From 2016 to 2023, I served as an administrator and adviser within the tourism security unit. I bring a European Master's in Business Management and Strategy, a Human Resources degree, and continued training in project management, entrepreneurship, financial management, quality consulting, and sustainable development.
I've trained private-school students in French and delivered leadership training for directors and executives at SPROLS and CTF. I have also led public communication training for the Ministry of Tourism and Handicrafts, communication training for FIPA, and reception-technique training for Tunisian National Television.
Beyond my professional work, I've held leadership roles with JCI Tunis, including President, Treasurer, and Action Director, contributing to cultural heritage, international exchanges, economic and cultural activities, and events.
