At N-able, I support enterprise network, infrastructure, security, and cloud environments for multiple business clients. I troubleshoot complex network and cloud connectivity issues, lead root-cause analysis on critical incidents, and help prevent them from recurring.
I build PowerShell and Bash scripts to automate repetitive administrative and troubleshooting work, and write guides adopted by wider teams. I also support Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and AWS, partnering with DevOps and development teams on cloud projects, Terraform, and CI/CD.
Earlier, at the University of Aberdeen, I developed and trained machine learning models for pipeline and tank maintenance using TensorFlow, Gym, and Scikit-learn. My network engineering work at Favajam Company included configuring Cisco routers and switches, firewalls, VPNs, and SNMP-based monitoring.
